ChairmEn
The members of our authority have been registered and maintained as an association on 23.06.1994 and currently there are only 3271 members of our association, but this changes every year in the withdrawal of members and the appointment of new members. Currently, our association is making great progress and doing a lot of work for our members, and the reason for this is that our association is leading towards the right goal. I would like to inform you all that every member’s funds and benefits are given at the maximum capacity and the focus on welfare association will continue to work properly with the aim of grow it further.
Treasurer
From the year 1994 to 2013, all the transactions were recorded in writing in the account books and after 2013, it was arranged to use an accounting package in a formal way and all the transactions were done through it. After the year 2013, the association has made great progress and it has grown financially and has been working to provide maximum welfare to the members. Every member’s information and their transactions with the association have been accurately included in our association’s accounting package since 2014, and any member can access the correct information at any given time. I inform all members that it is your responsibility to keep the data safe for the better benefit of the society.
Secretary
I will be dedicated to the convenience of the members by arranging the information of all the members of our association and all the stationery of the association in a proper and formal manner. I see the progress made by this association as a great victory for us. It is your duty and responsibility as a member to protect this.

External parties can fill this application form and reserve the relevant dates for selling their products in the institution.
Student encouragement applications
The children of our association members can apply through the following application form to receive scholarships. This is applicable for only once for passing the 5th grade scholarship, passing G:C:E Ordinary Level and passing G:C:E Advanced Level sections.

Our association has a bus. It is provided for our members’ excursions and other events at very affordable prices. The application form can be obtained below.
